Household adopts hurricane rescue canine “Trooper”

PARKLAND, Fla. – The bull terrier named “Trooper,” who was discovered deserted and tied to a fence alongside I-75 within the midst of evacuations forward of Hurricane Milton, was adopted by a household in Parkland.
