Hillsborough County investigators mentioned Jonathan Saldana Rojas, 27, was driving a white sedan on Wednesday, Dec. eleventh, and turning left on Symmes Highway in Gibsonton when he crashed into a motorbike.

The motorcyclist, Isaiah Raposa, 18, died on the hospital.
