Bern’s Steak Home, together with sister properties Haven and the Epicurean Resort, lately celebrated the twenty eighth annual Bern’s Winefest, a weeklong showcase of world-class wine and delicacies in South Tampa.

Bern’s Winefest was held April 21- 27, 2025 and offered by the Laxer Household Basis, the occasion raised funds for the Bern Laxer Memorial Scholarship and welcomed wine lovers to South Tampa for a curated lineup of tastings, seminars, and eating experiences.
A standout Winefest occasion was a five-course dinner at Haven that includes the wines of Paul Hobbs, one of many business’s most revered figures. Because the night’s visitor of honor, Hobbs led visitors by a guided tasting of his acclaimed wines, paired with dishes by Govt Chef Chad Johnson and Chef de Delicacies Gerry Sizemore.
The week-long competition concluded with the Winefest Grand Tasting at Haven, the place visitors explored a worldwide choice of wines and craft libations, paired with regional fare and desserts from the Bern’s culinary group. Curated by Wine Director Chris Belk, the tasting provided a becoming and unforgettable finale to the week.
