PINELLAS PARK, Fla. – Two males have been arrested and a 3rd is needed after Pinellas Park police say a shootout left two different folks damage.
The backstory:
Based on the Pinellas Park Police Division, the incident alongside 72nd Ave. on Monday began as a home disturbance involving Ruben Hernandez, 20, and his girlfriend, who’s a minor.
Police say three males – Joe Perry, Marquis McBurrows and Mykel McBurrows – arrived a short while later to confront Hernandez and defend his girlfriend.

Either side exchanged gunshots, based on investigators, leaving Perry and the minor damage. Police say each have since been launched from the hospital.
Officers arrested Hernandez on tried first-degree homicide prices and Marquis McBurrows on a cost of principal to tried homicide.
Mykel McBurrows, who police say may also face tried first-degree homicide prices, has not been caught as of Tuesday afternoon.
