A roach that fell from the ceiling “onto an inspector’s iPad,” “uncooked rooster particles” in a handwashing sink and “water from the staff’ bathroom backing up by means of ground” had been among the many violations that quickly shut 11 South Florida eating places and one meals truck final week.

The Solar Sentinel usually highlights restaurant inspections carried out by the Florida Division of Enterprise and Skilled Regulation in Broward and Palm Seashore counties. We cull by means of inspections that occur weekly and highlight locations ordered shut for “high-priority violations,” reminiscent of improper meals temperatures or lifeless cockroaches.
