Final Friday, Jesse Stanaszek’s canine, Chase, escaped from their Forest Hills yard and ended up just a few blocks away — on Landau Avenue — the place the canine was hit and killed by a driver.
The pet had grown up with Stanaszek’s eight-year-old son, Kaiden.
