A Florida boat captain arguing with a fisherman was caught on digital camera. The video reveals the boat captain climbing onto the fisherman’s boat to demand an apology.
PUNTA GORDA, Fla. – The person on the heart of a boating rage incident in Punta Gorda was arrested Friday night time.
The backstory:
Constitution captain Brock Horner, 40, was taken into custody and charged with housebreaking with assault or battery, non-forced entry.
On April 1, Horner was captured on video screaming at a younger boater, Gage Towles, within the Peace River. He’s seen pulling his boat alongside Towles’ boat with out permission and unlawfully boarding it, in response to a joint information launch by the Punta Gorda Police Division, the U.S. Coast Guard and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Fee. The incident was captured on video that Towles recorded.
Horner is accused of threatening Towles, escalating the incident right into a legal offense, in response to investigators.
